Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you absolute control over your electronic mail accounts and mailing lists. With this intuitive user interface, you can create a new email box in no time and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect emails from one email box account to another, create email filters, create autoresponders and defend your mailbox accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email box accounts against spam mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable email messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming emails on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your email box accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Just specify the email box account you wish to forward mails from, then choose the target email box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you would like to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
